IDM is not dead! Or? IDM is indeed dead! The fact that these tracks are from another decade and that most great artists in this genre are not active anymore might stand for the latter. Still, such music will and has to enjoyed in the present!

Been a fan of Yagya for years and have loved going through his back catalog and blissing out to the downtempo/ambient dub techno. But now he's made a 'proper' techno album (a la Kangding Ray) and I am LOSING MY MIND. I want to be in a forest and hear it loud enough to strip the leaves from the trees. I want accompanying fire and lightning and chaos and to have this album be the final thing I hear before my eardrums explode. I am utterly in love with this album - and I only bought it yesterday!
